Guestbook / Feedback Form

Ok, so it's not QUITE a guestbook (Netcom doesn't provide a wonderful means of doing one), but I'd still appreciate if you would send me a note telling me what you think of my site, what you don't think of my site, what I should stick what where, etc. I think you get the idea..

If enough people have something to say, I'll add a page to show the world what others thought. It could be amusing, it could be offensive; we'll see.
